What You’ll Do:
· Maintain and enhance integrated financial models and forecasting tools.
· Lead financial modeling and cash flow forecasting efforts to support planning and performance monitoring.
· Assist in annual budget planning and long-term financial projections.
· Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for leadership.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover trends and opportunities.
· Conduct variance, trend, and profitability analyses to support operational strategy.
· Build and improve controlling tools related to costs, operations, sales, and logistics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through financial evaluation.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
· Document workflows and assist in knowledge sharing and training when needed.
What You Bring:
· Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function.
· Experience with financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
· Public accounting experience is a strong plus.
· Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
· Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
