Remote Sales Account Manager - Moving Industry

About the Role

We are a premier sales and account management team specializing in the relocation industry. Our mission is to provide professional sales solutions to moving companies that don't have an in-house sales team. As a Remote Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their moving needs, building relationships, and booking moving services. You'll guide them through the process from the initial inquiry to the completion of their move.

What You'll Do:

Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and text to discuss their moving needs
Build rapport, gather information, and recommend moving services tailored to each customer
Follow up with leads to ensure excellent customer service and maximize booking rates
Develop and maintain strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
Stay up to date with industry knowledge through training and resources

Who We're Looking For:

Strong phone sales and customer service skills
Previous experience in telesales, account management, or the moving industry (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms
Comfortable handling high volumes of warm to hot leads daily

Flexible Work Schedules Available:

We serve customers across all U.S. time zones, so we offer multiple schedule options, including:

East Coast, Central, Mountain, and West Coast shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Late West Coast shifts
Weekend-only shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Remote option available for highly qualified candidates (Must attend unpaid Zoom training)

Compensation & Benefits:
